RNZI 9890 kHz
Hi All
I actually managed to listen to NZ's own DRM signal today ![]() Normally RNZI's signals are undecodable here in Wellington. Cheers, Chris

Hi,
Not at all like that in Switzerland. Hampered as usual from a weak signal in the beginning, CZ started +10 kHz at 11-1130 UTC roughly. 20 minutes of some kind of listening was possible... Terje |

I noticed they use 9890 kHz for the 1100 - 1300 UTC period now. EEP coding scheme is also replaced with UEP, but I didn't find the distinctive hierarchy data structure in the log file. Did I miss something?
BTW: the drop out during 1155-1200 UTC is due to household electric device interference. |

Hi,
I logged from 0702 UTC, but cut the log short as there was absolutely nothing to hear until 1150 UTC. The last hour was not bad despite carriers -5 kHz, on channel and +5 kHz towards the end of the transmission. Terje |

18 Nov log
Virtually all of the broadcast for my overnight period. Rather a lot of downtime, but since I was sleeping, I don't know what was causing the fairly large drops in overall signal quality.
Most likely adjacent analog stations.

20 Nov log
There are some fairly big dropouts on this broadcast - I haven't the faintest idea what caused them.

21 Nov log
Very much in and out tonight. Not a lot of reliability on the circuit between my QTH and NZ. Dream was "stuck," so I had to terminate the log early.

Hi,
Today's contribution. Towards the end of the transmission the signal was hampered from co- and adjacent AM channels. |

Amazing results for me (keep in mind the antenna used in this case is indoor!).
Co- and on-channel interference as described by Sixten becomes stronger and stronger during the last hour. Seems I started my log too late, as best results were right in the beginning. |
