Updates

OH2BFO, many thanks for the corrections.
I rely on people like you to keep me and the schedule correct. It is very hard as most broadcasters fail to publish their frequencies correctly.
I have amended all the info you mentioned and I will be more vigilant with regards to the listener logs/posts as these are more accurate than any broadcaster published frequencies.

Unfortunately I don't have much time these days but will endeavour to keep the schedule updated.

First, I'm pretty sure the Berlin 855 kHz transmitter went silent a couple of years ago.

KBS 5870 kHz from Sofia changed frequency to 5940 kHz.

Lots of changes for Romania:

5910 kHz Italian from Saftica is listed both at 18 and 20 utc. I believe 18 is correct, 20 is not.

7300 kHz German at 18 utc frequency should be 9540 kHz.

9700 kHz French at 05 utc frequency should be 7330 kHz.

And on 15220 kHz, after the 03 utc transmission to India, there's also Chinese 0400-0430 from Tiganesti.

Finally, RNZI frequencies change often and you can't really trust their website. For example, between 07-08 utc RNZI has been on 7330 kHz instead of 9890.

RTI

A bit late in adding this but RTI (Radio Taiwan Internaional) are running some DRM tests, the next is 20th July 2014 (today!) at 1500-1530:

RTI (Radio Taiwan International) was noted by a Japanese DXer testing in DRM mode. Ampegon had received contract last year by Radio Taiwan International to upgrade two radio transmission sites in Taiwan in cooperation with the local partner Techway Engineering Ltd, to manufacture, install and commission ten 300 kW DRM shortwave transmitters and twelve rigid dipole broadcast antennas.
RTI (Radio Taiwan International) is conducting a DRM test towards India from 20th July to 31st July on 6180 kHz from 1500 to 1530 UTC.

Schedule updated with:

StartStopTimeUTC=1500-1530
Days[SMTWTFS]=1111111
Frequency=6180
Target=India
Power=300
Programme=Radio Taiwan International
Language=English
Site=ND
Country=Taiwan

Life off the grid

Sorry guys I have had no internet access for over a week and will not have it back until Monday at the earliest.
I had made a start on the list.
On a flaky mobile connection and tethering app I have ain't working.......typical.
Time to invest in satellite broadband I think.

Thank goodness for shortwave, looking forward to listening to Global 24 at midnight (non DRM).

It's not DRM...

but using the DReaM program in the analog setting and setting the mode to USB (or LSB) the reception is just like synchronous with no or minimal distortion due to fading. The latest version of the program also has an excellent noise reduction algorithm!

Attached is the midnight UTC VOAREA signal coverage.

At midnight UTC, according to the HFCC, WRMI changes the beam from 355 deg to 315 deg. Here is the signal coverage after the beam change.

Cap,

Thank you for all your work on this.

The only typo that I have found is the listing for RNZI 9630 kHz.

The correct time should be 1651-1745 UTC Daily.

Just delete the 1651-1750 listing.
