The log plot just showed phantom SNR peaks.

Nothing for me either, and now I know why. I was up late last night, and watched the 'transition' from 11675 to 9890: there wasn't any. They simply stayed on the 11675 frequency, and 9890 was dead.

The transmitter crew has not apparently read the published schedule...

RNZI has also revised their changes for the 31st as well, I'll be publishing that on DRM-NA later today.

A little more here!
The frequency is not good in europe, 9875 kHz would be much better.

Hello Fritz,

my label "3 Ele Ham Yagi" is wrong in this report. I used my new
Flag antenna with backward signal suppression to West and did not
switch to other antennas during the recording. I will try tomorrow.

A fairly strong signal but with AM QRM on both sides. Unfortunately no decoding here.

RNZI on 9890 kHz

Hello together,

since March 27th RNZI is using 9890 kHz from 17.51-18.51 h UTC.

For the reason that the sun activity is actually high with SF above 100, the chance is much better to get signals from the other end of the world.

Actually at 18.35 h UTC a frequency change to 9890 kHz is beeing announced followed by the station signal and the news for Samoa in English and Samoa language.

I have tested the reception within 6 days and the reception was 5 days perfect.

The signals today were excellent - the first 15 minutes there is interference from an AM-signal, but then SNR is getting much better - most time about 20 dB, which resulted in a very stable reception.

Here is a screenshot and a logplot from today in the attachments.

Hello together,

on Saturday the transmission started at 17:51 h and suddenly stopped at 18:05 h - a restart began 1 min later, but only for a few seconds activity - the log shows the reception from 17.58 - 18:05 h.

Today the reception was perfekt - for a signal from 18 000 km distance a big result !

In the attachment you will find the logs from April 9th and 10th.

Greetings Jürgen

Hello togehter,

here is the logplot from today.

The SNR suffered as the last days until 18.04 h UTC from an AM-station, but at all the deoded audio was around 99 % for nearly 1 h.
