I received the transmission, between two interfering AM carriers. I got some German speaking audio as well as the label and I run a log. See both attachments.

Pretty much the same result here, both gave a label but the 9 MHz broadcast was a lot stronger and gave me a bit of audio.

Maybe conditions will be a bit better for the September tests.

11990 kHz 1700-1800 UTC

No chance for a reception here in germany!
i saw a very little signal via websdr from hungary...without a chance for decoding. thats only sad!

Same disaster on this frequency

Sept_01 RTI 9540 kHz

The transmission started earlier and still is running.... Bad results.

(Transmission ended at 19:00.)

Bad signal of 9540 Khz is very difficult to receive RTI just 3 secondly audio :

Sept_15 - RTI on 9540 kHz

Good signal. A result for 14 mins @ 99.5% CDA / 21.4dB max SNR.

@John: I was asleep (and I forgot about it too). Could you tell me if the audio was as bad and distorted as it used to be?

@Terje, yes audio distorted due to over-modulation.
