Is this DRM+ ?

Hello,

A few days ago I received this signal on 88.0 MHz in the FMband during Es to Spain and Morocco. I am wondering if this is DRM+ ?

Are there any countries in Europe where DRM+ is in use ?

If this is not DRM+ does anybody know what it is ?

This is, maybe, one of the old frequencies of iCat fm radio station that is transmitting a 400 Hz tone in WFM (stereo pilot active too). Spectrum image that you are showing and spectrum image of what's broadcast in old iCat fm frequencies is similar.

88,0 MHz can be La Mussara transmitter near Tarragona city.

Catalan government is transmitting a tone through a several number of FM repeaters covering ~90% of Catalan population via some of iCat fm old frequencies (iCat fm covered ~99% of population so most repeaters are inactive). That it's to prevent (sic) that unlicensed stations use these frequencies as (at moment, before it constitutes as a Republic) Catalan government can't effectively close pirate stations (FM and DVB-T), Spanish Ministry of Industry only can do it legally.
