TDF DRMCast 15300 kHz VOACAP Corrected

Using the correct heading of 225 degrees (and not 255 like I had before )

The VOACAP corrected signal coverage is shown in the attachment.

Looks like they are having some problems, nothing on 6105 kHz until around 1520 UTC, when the signal suddenly came on with a French OM giving out some information, but it didn't last very long before going off again, the SNR was around 21.5db, so no propagation issues there.

The 15300 kHz signal also appeared on my waterfall display at 1540 and stayed on till the sign off at 1600, but it wasn't strong enough for me to get a decode.

When the path opened I got the attached result. Much better audio sound today. 21.3dB max SNR.

NB: I noticed for a while a faint signal on 6105 kHz.

Here's the reception today. At about 15:27 a strong co-channel AM carrier appeared for some minutes and then the signal dropped and recovered later.
(See 1st plot). 28.6dB max SNR.

According to this post on the World of Radio mailing list it looks like these broadcasts will be back again, but whether the are AM or DRM or both remains to be seen. 1500 to 1600 UTC on the 2nd is the time to start checking for them on 17800 and 17825 kHz:

In contact with TDF & the race management of the mini transat the baker tells me that the start of the 2nd stage of the mini transat will take place on November 2nd ... TDF informs me that the frequencies allocated to the mini transat are published in the HFCC!

And also the skypper was super count broadcast via TDF for the first step!
