@Per: You can update your DRM Software Radio to the current V2.038, although I think the problem is just that you need a higher SNR as VOR are using PL3 with this configuration.

@dadalbinder: There is no problem decoding the journaline service using a recent version of Dream, see attachment, with which version did you get the error?

Good reception all the time,
but there is a little problem with the signal that was not there before.
I see intermodulation coming up left and right of the signal as if it was modulated
or something is arcing intermittendly.
The Perseus screenshot was taken with Maximun Hold function enabled.
The SNR was typically around 40dB for weeks and is now "only" about 35dB.

Hello Simone,

Not Decoding

Hello Simone,

I see the same on 6155 kHz at the moment.

SODIRA shows a SNR of about 15 continously but no decoding

It says: German Russian or in Channel B: Serbien Russion

Greetings

Hello Wolfgang,

15 dB SNR is probably not enough, I think you need an SNR better than 22dB.
Concerning your version of Dream, is that compiled with static or dynamic faad libraries and which version number of faad2, do you get audio on other transmissions? No such problems noticed on 6155 kHz when MER was high enough.

I listened with Dream 1.6.1.cvs and the SDC CRC lamp was yellow all the time. Then I tried my DRM S/W Radio 2.0.38 and could hear both channels but the cyrillic would not decode. SoDiRa worked too, but I found only one channel. Did I do something wrong?

The log was taken with Dream 1.6.1.cvs. A version 1.13 did not produce any sound at all.

8750 Decoding, Not Decoding

Hello Simone,

my SNRs are at the moment about 22 dB in SoDiRa and DREAM 1.14.

Audio is only decoded by SoDiRa.

Greetings

Good reception, SNR is back to over 40 dB again today.
Still testing my VAC settings here, so log in two parts.

A comparison of my regular receiver and the Roadstar, which I will bring to Stockholm. This TX is not very strong here, so it is a good test TX. The Roadstar won't produce such high SNR values, but the decoding pattern is roughly the same. Btw, around 12 UTC the signal became very weak for a while.
