First time I have received this transmission on this frequency.

21:00 UTC Planetary K-index 2. Solar flux 167. Planetary A-index 16. Sunspot number: 120.

18:00-21:00 UTC Local 3 Hourly K-index 2.

90% decoded audio, with the transmission continuing for another 20 minutes after the program had ended.

Only 38% decode, there seems to be another transmission starting at 19:00 for 30 minutes, not sure of the language.

Almost 100% decoded audio here tonight on the English programme.

@Neil: I think your DR111 tried to lock onto 5.945 MHz, (RRI in Italian) after 5940 kHz had ended. At least my DR111 did.

Although the signal was strong it suffered by deep fading and as result a lot of decoding problems took place. Sometimes high SNR values recorded.
I listened to the RRI's "Radio day", a good program.

Thanks Terje, yes it looks like as you say after 1900 UTC, I was in fact recoding RRI SNR Saftica 5945 kHz!

A different picture this evening. Stable and strong signal and perfect decoding, but ~7 mins before the end the signal disappeared....
