9725

Perfect 100 % reception this morning, too, in 9725 kHz (with same parametres and graphics as before, except the additions in transmission schedule). My SNR keeps steadily in 25-26 SNR.

(I tried to find old Dream files yesterday night to enable making logs again, but after so many years I seem to have lost them, and did not start searching on the net but went to sleep.)

Transmission on 11875 goes on as well at the moment.

It would be nice to see logs from Sweden. Per? Sixten?

Not much of a signal on 9725 kHz in Switzerland, but I did not expect anything else. Has happened before when TDF beamed DRM to China.

PS: 11875 kHz now at 0920 is even weaker here...

Hi all,

Bad results this morning here due to weak signal and fading, IR has two peaks also. I set Dream to sync on the 1st peak and it was a bit better.

11875 kHz

Hi All

Here's a surprise (for me anyway ). My deaf old Morphy Richards is locking on to 11875 kHz, sitting inside by NZ house, with just the whip antenna.
It's even managing to decode the occasional bit of audio.

My FRG100 with an outside antenna is giving very good reception at the moment (10:20 UT).

73 Chris

(10:44 UT: Having moved the MR to a quiet window ledge away from computers it's now decoding away happily - sounds rather good in my kitchen )

Jan. 15 (11875 kHz)

Hi all,

Although well out of target area the signal was 25 - 45 dBuV fade suferred. Decoding was possible only when SNR was > 19 dB. I cannot explain this, since I have received weaker TXs and decoding was possible even below 14 dB SNR. May be it caused due to the TX set-up (?). A 5 hour log is attached and 6 images from the MOT service.
