DRM carpappradio

Hannover-A2-A7-B82-Langelsheim

Hi Sigi,

I am using the pappradio in the car since some months now.
Works, but you get what you pay for, DRT1 and Perseus were better.
The image rejection could be better and is different from band to band,
and it needs better preselection.
Big advantage: Low power consumption.
With two batteries installed and the brightness turned down my DELL D630
receives DRM for almost seven hours without any interference from a power supply.

Good reception despite my mistake to set the band width of the RX to "medium" instead of "wide".

A 154 minutes mostly unattended log. Pretty good, but the RF signal is not very strong here.

Good reception at the beginning of the log, then the signal strength fell and decoding became difficult. At the end heavy rain with thunder and lightning hit the vicinity of my QTH, and combined with raindrops with static electricity made reception impossible.

SNR Max.: 38.98 dB

Perfect reception today. Like I said earlier, the signal here is not as strong as it was in the beginning from this site. Max. SNR was 38.39 dB.

The last hour of 9850 today with a new label and two services. The DRM RUVR 1A was in English and on the 2nd channel it was in Russian. There was some switching and there were 4 different modes during this last hour. Similar circumstances in the transmission before, here with German and Russian. I noticed cyrillic letters in the Russian service. If this is a new transmission, please move this to a new thread.
