21 October log

Well Terje, I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you on the Audio Level: I don't know that anyone over here can "hear" TDP 6015 on this side of the big pond. I certainly can't make any kind of comparison here, anyone else in NA?

Here's my report today: a good number of dropouts, looks like the very low sunspot numbers are not helping (apparently at or near zero this last week).

Had to manually start this log (again), so I missed the first few minutes...

Thank you so much for the very nice reception reports that appear every day. Oregon and Arizona are some distance away from the primary intended coverage area, so it really is nice to see that you can listen to TDPradio in stereo over there as well! We hope the little problems in the first few days are over now. Thanks for reporting them.

Thumbs up 22 October log

Very good reception today. Some audible cutouts that didn't appear to be RF related: source issue? The speed also changed: started at 20.96, ended at 20.88. For not being in the target area as Ludo said, I'd say this is pretty good!

Thumbs up TDP (via Sackville) reception near Atlanta, Georgia, USA

This evening's 9790 kHz reception report.

This was the best, so far, of all the evening TDP Radio transmissions via Sackville. The conditions were stable.

Apart from some blips, the audio was great.

The attached ID screen indicated that the stereo audio rate was at 20.96 kb/s.

23 October log

Well Zyg, my dips are smaller than your dips! Wasn't here to listen, but the graphed data looks pretty good. This looks like about the best log for TDP via Sackville for me. The SNR is not the highest, but the decoded frames is about the smoothest ever for me.

This evening's 9790 kHz reception report.

Poor.

Note that the Service Label shows Sweden.

Partial log for the 24th October

Well, DRM Logger is not working at all anymore. I have no idea why either.

So, here is the manually started log of the last 28 minutes of today's TDP broadcast. Much like Zyg's log, not all that good for the last minutes. My service label doesn't say Sweden at least, but there was weirdness yesterday on Sackville's signal that was much the same. Dream said one thing, DRMSwR said another, but after a few minutes they synchronized finally. Odd.

26 October - manual log

I was able to log most of the broadcast today: an excellent dataset. Sackville had the two service channels showing, but only one audio track was actually there.

Thumbs up Great!

couldn't listen for long today, but great reception. The stereo balance problem appears to be better.

28 October log

Well, it was a little up and down today. Due to some hardware/software (and humanware) problems, this log was manually started, and not auto-started.

Doesn't look too bad either, but there were some audio dropouts heard.

Well worth a "PodCast"

Taking a 3 hour road trip today, so I'm pod-ing both this and the previous broadcast! Awesome. Thanks Ludo and crew

TDP (via Sackville) reception near Atlanta, Georgia, USA

This evening's 9790 kHz reception report.

The propagation hurt the signal, note the sharp and uniform SNR decrease!

Talking 29 October log

I don't think I've ever had a flatter log. Very, very few blips. This makes Zyg's log look bad... Just better propagation to the western US!
