KTWR 11580 kHz to South Asia

No signal at all noted here in New Zealand, August 5th @ 12:15-12:45 UTC

Had a quick look at reception on the TWR New Delhi KiwiSDR, but no decoding there either.

Nothing here in NZ. Non-KTWR analogue signal here.

via kiwiSDR in Shenzhen South China

via kiwiSDR in Shenzhen (just a stone's throw from Hongkong), South China

Fair signal, deteriorate towards the end of program. It's a pity the first 15 minutes is in silence. Probably they forgot to switch on the audio feed?

P.S. Have to change the name of the attached "log.zip" to "log.rar" to unzip the file

Hi,
The result (using your coordinates) was about 90% decoded audio. The DRM configuration was not Mode C as scheduled and they changed the Label to something understandable!

Hi,

I did not expect much and that was what I got: Nothing. Except the Label "KTWR". According to their schedule they should use Mode C this week, but instead they changed to Mode B and aac+

Thanks, Terje. I should have mentioned that the instances where SNR dropped to zero are all network related. By and large, signal is not very strong, but relatively stable.
