From a report on IFA 2007 DRM in DX Listening Digest by Kai Ludwig:

Peter Senger Press Conference:

Canada and Mexico may adopt DRM.

Sangean/Roberts DRM receiver has been withdrawn

Don't expect a big marketing campaign for DRM from a big commercial broadcaster anymore. (Kai's first language is German so he may also mean public/government?). Peter Senger regrets the overly optimistic announcements made two years ago about the availability of receivers "which brought me personal attacks by the press".

Rest of session dealt with DRM+. Roughly 180 kbps of DRM+ are enough for four programmes, which thus would get 48 kbps each.

Mention was made of a plan to remove FM signals from a part of band II in 2015 to make way for DRM+.
