Here also some periods with deep fading and no audio but good in between.
Some sound problems, zipped mp3 sample attached, sounds like a buffer problem.

Wow Fritz,

All I got was an "Ayer's Rock" - from Chile, not from Down Yonder... hi.

Hi Terje,
I think reception of CVC in Scandinavia is almost impossible.
Why not try RNZI, should be better than in Switzerland!

Tonight extreme propagation conditions:
Within minutes the signal faded away to nothing, DReaM crashed, and later within minutes the signal came back much stronger than before with SNR max. 27.3 dB!

Tonight a very weak start, then a longer TX break, and finally a very good and strong comeback.
Listening to CVC gives very different/ new results every evening!

Hi all,

Yes, I believe the season is over here for 17 MHz, and this will be my last try from Stockholm. The signal disappeared around 1900 UTC and never recovered.

@ Fritz: 7.440 MHz and NZ is still weak. Check that thread.

@Terje
Here the 17 MHz season also seems to be over. Audio disappeared around 18:40 UTC and the signal stayed in the noise to the end. I missed that DReaM crashed in between, but that made no difference.

@ Fritz,
Usually 17 MHz from Chile seems to fade out around the change to Winter schedule at my Swiss QTH. There was no trace of anything here in Stockholm last night.
