A 13mins short result @ ~74% CDA / 17.6dB max SNR. Too much fading caused dropouts.

29 Jun 2020 : RRI on 9760 kHz from Tiganesti @ 17:00 UTC in English
Only 38% decoded audio with the signal strength peaking to 58 dBuV, and an average of 50 dBuV.
I notice the maximum frames is set to 750, it was originally 1500 during the beginning of B19, but changed and changed back again. I thought the poor signal was due to the frequency being too high, but I note the AM signal on 11850 kHz is a better signal.

41% decoded audio with the signal strength peaking to 62 dBuV, and an average of 48 dBuV. The % decoded audio is better than the last few days, I wonder why?
