15 Dec 2018 1100-1130 UTC 9910 kHz 50 kW

This transmission was seen on a Kiwi SDR in Nagano 150 km north of my QTH with a strong signal. But here in Shizuoka there was not much to enjoy. The transmission ended early and went on in English/Japanese in AM mode.

9910 kHz 1100 UTC December 15

0.8% decoded here in NZ - far too many other ute signals on that channel here.

Cheers, Chris

Slightly better via the NZRDXL's KiwiSDR in Northland, NZ - 4.7% decoded...

Enough to hear the odd word of Japanese.

Cheers, Chris

An informal reception via KiWiSDR in Lanzenhäusern, Switzerland. Good signal and good audio, but poor freq choice due to interference from lower 5KHz AM broadcast from 1300 UTC.

7500 kHz December 16th

Signal on 7500 kHz quite strong here in NZ, but not worth logging due to massive signal on 7505 kHz.

Cheers, Chris

Thumbs up

Again via KiWiSDR in Tokyo, Japan. Very strong and stable signal for the whole test session. Perfect audio decode despite the adjacent channel interference.

22nd Dec.

About 54% decoded audio. The signal varied between S5-S6 and sometimes up to S9 with QSB. The Channel Impulse Response was very good, so I wonder why the SNR was so low?

At the beginning of the broadcast the signal was low SNR 4db then it began to climb and this until the end where there was SNR 18,8 db, but following the fading of many audio clippings.

KTWR 9380 kHz

This transmission started at 12.15 and ended at 12.45 UTC. Good reception using a KiWiSDR in Western Australia that I used for the 10.30 UTC broadcast to that region.
