One of the best and most objective articles written on the current state of shortwave broadcasting. Naturally, I don't agree with everything, especially Sennitt's and Elliot's views on DRM. I'd be willing to bet, Kim, that DRM would consistently sink MFSK if a MSC of 16 QAM were used.
