I'm in the working group of DRM/DRM+ in ERO, Copenhagen, FM45.
Last week a 2 days of meeting in Copenhagen.
Wich type of digitalization of band l and ll?? DAB+;DRM+,HD-Radio or FMeXtra? This is our work to figure out.
I just get this info, Norway asking for a licence of DRM tests on 1314khz.
Hopefully some test during the next 6 months on air. Power 12 kW DRM.
If you get some carrier, let us all know when you pic up the carrier or program.
Thanks a lot,
Yours

Do you have an idea who asked for the license? NRK maybe? I think there already were some tests a long time ago on this frequency.

I don't know any earlier tests in DRM, course the 2x600 kW are old, not able to DRM.
NRK still got the licence, but the owners of antennas/TX Telenor is making this test, within the next 3-6 months.

Hi Roy,
there had been tests from NRK in DRM on 1314 kHz in Feb 2004, power was 350 kW, label was "Kvitsoy DRM test". Sorry, these old results are not available on the forum anymore. I remember there was a carrier on the center frequency (like on 6085 kHz), so probably the old Tx was being used for the tests.

I suppose the 350 kW's is one of the shortwave, wich today run some DRM service for BBC.
