Hi all,
I received this transmission this evening. The signal was good ~40dBuV which got gradually weaker below 30dBuV towards the end of log. There was a permanent AM QRM at 17571 kHz which begun to affect decoding after 13:40. There were three BR changes: 11.64, 20.96 and 11.64 kbps. When the signal got weak the lower BR gave better results. See the attached pngs.
