I ran into this channel accidentally yesterday. Signal is highly unstable, not sure the target zone and Tx site. Probably from Tailand, because the MSC stream constantly trapped in a 'death cycle', just like the previous test to Beijing.
Also the audio quality is not so good compared to other DRM broadcasters at the same bit rate. Maybe due to trans-coding?
