A very weak signal and no decoding due to AM interference.

Could have been something under a Chinese Dragon-Music noise transmitter. I saw this very briefly yesterday at 13:23 and 13:25 UTC. Seemed to be data only; too weak, too much AM in the middle and >30 kbps.

A whopping 10 minutes log. Very weak signal, sounds like back-scatter. The label at first read "VTCQinetiqdata 1", a few minutes later "VTC PRBS test".
