I did not see that the transmission started at 13 UTC :mad:
Surprise! I got some French around 1430 UTC and the S-Meter peaked at S1 (!)
Probably too late in the afternoon for this QRG.

Look, around 16 UTC the frequency opened for a short while again. Before 16 UT: French, after 16 UT: Spanish. This time the S-meter peaked at S2

Well, this looks pretty good. The sun came up when the graph does, which is what I expected for such a high frequency. Bad news: I was already at work, and had no chance to listen. :mad:

Nothing received on 21620 kHz today (December 1).
