BBC WS on 9480khz

I just found a very strong DRM signal with the BBC WS on 9480khz. Just nearby the 9470khz transmission from Norway. Any hints abput that? Reception is very good in Frankfurt, as you can see in the screenshot.

it is 10-15dB stronger than 9470khz.

Today, I found again this unscheduled BBC transmission on 9480 khz. It is 10-15 dB strong and much more stable than on 9470 khz. It ended at 10 UTC. From where is it?

The signal is not strong enough to get audio.

Hi all,

I tuned the RX on this frequency and got the attached perfect result for 45 mins. The signal at the antenna input was ~40 dBuV rather stable. The TX position and distance in the graph are wrong. Where the TX is transmitting from ?

The signal was rather weak, most of the time, below 32 dBuV at the antenna input until 14:00 when got stronger by 10 dB but it was always stronger than the TX on 9470 kHz and no QRM (yet). The result was good with some decoding problems.

i'm listening on 9470 and 9480 Khz (time is 15:22) and there are two DRM channel of BBCWS (+ Navtex MOT) very near.. check the image in attach.
My receiver (IC 756 + converter) is tuned on 9475 Khz

I think this transmission is from Norway, maybe Sveio. It's not from the UK or Austria. James

A nearly excellent result for 70 mins.

Pretty good results for two hours, today trannsmissions from Sveio were synchronized with the other transmissions.
