Good reception,
Stephane
Hi all,
very strong signal (up to S 9+ 50 dB) at my location.
See screenshot.

Strong signal, no problem using the Roberts MP40/ telescopic antenna indoors.
Simone
Perfect results using the DWT/ longwire, started the log after the reconfiguration at 13:32
Simone
Hello to all,
Good signal here with DWT, a little more SNR after 1357 UT, when I unplugged the laptop from AC power. Good audio bandwith (around 13,5 kHz), and the programme also included mention of these new DRM broadcasts. But, always local interferences here, so the little fading causes many dropouts. UEP transmission helped a little during these dropouts.
DWT software shows the use of Czech language.
(logged with the VT Digital parameters from the start)

Hi all,
Very strong signal S9+20 dB her 40Km North of Stockholm. This freq. is very good for DRM no AM problem .
And transmission in mode UEP give very stabile DRM signal.

Hi all,
A nearly excellent result. The signal was rather stable but weak and reached up to 36 dBuV with low SNR. The sound impression was good [~13.5 kHz BW].
John.
Great results again today.
@ John: I donīt agree with you on the audio quality, it did not sound good, the configuration allows about 13kHz, but actually audiobandwidth was restricted to 8.5 kHz (sometimes 10 kHz with music)
The signal between 10 and 13 kHz was only background noise, that could also been heard when there was no audio transmitted.
Simone
Hi,
Cannot agree; lot of QSB and loss of decoded audio. Do not know what the reason could be for this when I look at the other entries....
Terje
Hi all,
perfect reception. Absolute no problems with this frequency. Audio should sound better with 20kbps.
Very bad reception at Paris.

Hi all,
Not a good result this Friday. After 1400 a significant decrease in SNR noticed as seen in the 1st file. In the 2nd file you can see the difference in the sound BW between male and female voices. It looks like a VBR audio.
John.
Hi all.
Very good today, S9+20db and SNR 26-27db.
:)
Strong signal again, only one dropout due to a datastream problem.
Simone
Hi,
Today was very good, and SNR was high. I noticed that there was a longer break in the sound just at the beginning, about 4-5 minutes or so. I also looked at the audio spectrum; the transmitted sound seems to end at 8-9 kHz, but there is room up to 13 kHz.
Terje
Hello,
I got this screenshot at the beginning of today's transmission. SNR was not enough to allow to get any audio or text. That was the first time I saw the "Test/Measurement" field in the kind of broadcast.
By the way, very bad reception here, much noise on all bands. Winter and ceramic heaters and various kinds of stuff are coming back around to ruin DRM reception !

Hi all,
A very good result without any sound but silence. Anyway, silence is golden...
John.
Perfect reception with a good signal but no audio, apart from a very faint trace in the background.
Roland
Hi.
A very good result without any sound but silence. Anyway, silence is golden...
No surprise - as reception was good in Munich and Stockholm it was also here in between. And no sound either
Pretty good results, audio only at the very beginning with VT digital announcements :(
Simone
Great results again, no more textmassages and audio started a bit late.
Simone
Hi all.
Very strong and stabile signal her today. Sound probelm i start.

Hi all,
A very good result today. The signal was enough stable up to 38-40 dBuV. Take a look at the 2nd file where is a screenshot of the audio spectrum of the music played closing down the English programme. Looks like a VBR (?) digital audio.
John.
Good results again, audio problems at the start, configuration with text messages but actually no text messages were sent.
@John: Audio bandwidth of Radio Prague seems to be only 8.5 kHz, above is only noise, so thatīs why it looks like this.
Simone
Very strong signal and perfect reception. Content startet a bit too late.
