Good copy here.The period from start of the log to 1500 UTC as indicated by the vertical line is received with indoor loop antenna powered by an alkaline battery which is running flat, so the result is not optimal. As a matter of fact, the signal is quite strong. After that time I witch to indoor long wire antenna, and the upswing of SNR confirms my observation. At the end of this trasmission, signal gradually lost strength.

BTW:the date in my log file and previous ones is not correct, it should be "2007" rather.

Some period of good result. Why don't they use hierarchal source/channel coding scheme like UEP and let the listener decide on what bit rate they choose to decode according to their local signal quality.

1) The Sines signal weakened and
2) Kol Israel on 15.760 MHz placed a unstable, splattery spurious on 15.723 MHz which is still audible here now at 13:35. :mad:

To demonstrate the unstability I set an unmodulated carrier on 15.723 MHz and the unstable tone represents the mixture of this carrier and the fluttery spurious from 15.760 MHz.

But I (and Sixten too) observed severe spurious emissions up to +25 dBµV from KOL Israel on 15.723 and 15.797 MHz at 10:10 this morning. KOL Israel uses 15.760 MHz. (See my post from yesterday).
