BBC to North America

Radio Canada International's website shows BBC to NA at 0000 and 0400 UTC on 6010 kHz, but I'm not hearing them. These transmissions do not show on the DRM Schedule at: http://www.drm.org/livebroadcast/livebroadcast.php
Are these transmissions still active?

You can have a look on this page: http://www.hfcc.org/data/index.html

It seems the transmission was there in B04 (October 2004-March2005) for the last time.
