Thanks for the reception reports: they look very promising.
Here's a plot of the morning transmission. The other 11 MHz transmissions have similar coverage.
We will beam some of these 11 MHz transmissions towards SW Europe later this year.

Log started with a strong signal and great results up to 08H00 when suddenly the signal broke down and turn very weak. I don't think that it was a propagation problem but rather a TX problem which didn't recover until the end of log.

Hi John,
There's antenna maintenance on May 17, 18 and 19.
At 0800 UTC a different antenna (towards the soutwestern part of Europe) will be used.
Interesting to see how the signal collapses because of this.

I checked 11895 here in Athens during the last days and found that the reception of the SE Europe timeslot was very reliable, it even worked indoor. The transmission to Spain was quite weak though here. I used the MP40 receiver with the supplied rod antenna at ground level.

Hi Michel,
Yes is/was reliable, but some months ago, when NL started transmissions to SE Europe, the signal was very strong and almost solid, than it is these days. See my posts at the beginning of this thread. The transmissions to S Europe sometimes have very good footage here. Now transmissions on the 31 meter band to SE Europe are received with very good results as well, see my relevant posts.

Thanks for all the reports.
Indeed even reception on the digital world traveller here in Athens on the balcony with the wire antenna vertically dropped from the second floor.
When the power supply of the notebook is used reception is gone immediately: too much noise.
Please note the changes in our schedule starting Sept 1st, 2006.

Here is the comparison.
As for the results you have to take into account that on 5/June there was a stormy weather here and that I had used different SW, most of the time DRMSWR gives a bit lower SNR.
As for the BR figure, always there is a difference between Dream/DRMSWR in the displayed figure. I dont know the reason, an expert would explain to us.
