Looks quite good. Cannot say something about the 2 drops.
Hi,
Very good reception. The two interruptions were A) my tuning the RX and B) a sudden TX break about 40 seconds or so.
Terje
PS: Carsten, the carrier disappeared for about 40 sec, - S0. That's why.
Perfect, but again one strange drop....
Hi Carsten
The dropouts was caused by the antenna change, due the works on 4MHz antenna that is near of the TCA3 (normaly runing the 13810).
Hi all,
strong and stable signal, but a few dropouts at the beginning, using DWT/LA380 indoors
Simone
Hi Simone and all,
I think, that I had the same drops at the beginning.
Hi all,
super strong signal!!!! Receiver seems to be overloaded - low SNR, above 90 dbµV even audio decoding stoped! At 8:30 I switched on a 20 db attenuator.

Hi all,
also very strong signal here this morning.

Hi all,
very strong again. With no attenuation (befor 8:15) low SNR and drop outs. During the last 30 minutes I played around with manual gain or different attenuations (20, 30 or 40 dB).

Hi,
Quite good reception this morning, although the Antenna DX / LOC was in the LOC position, which attenuated the signal 27 dB... The first time ever I managed to get >34 dB SNR :)

Hallo,
I use an ELAD FDM77DRM Receiver with the same software. With my variante of doubble zeppelin (2x18,50m with 25m symetric line 250 ohm) I have SNR Rapport 26 to 31 db and over an 11 m long-wire 22 to 25dB. I receive daily the transmission DW from Portugal and the values are everytime excellent over all frequencies. With my receiver I have the possibility to use also ELAD SOFTWARE FDM77 STANDARD (45 euro), a light version from official DRM software without location and other features. The greatest errors making by listeners is a bad location to install the antenna. Last june I have speak with an ingenior from BCE, fialiale from RTL Group and we have the same results.

Hi all
Yesturday, we have update some software in the SRATUS and the TX seem to be more "overcharged" with this software due the lot of trips that ocurre during the transmission. I have tryed retune all tuning elements, but without any results. Also with this software, under trip conditions, the encoder, lost synchronism and need about 1 mn to restart the normal conditions. So, all dropouts that you can see when the reception conditions are good, probably are from trips of the TX.

Second log: From Minden to A30 near Osnabrueck
Big dropouts in the Weserauentunnel between Minden and Bad Oeynhausen.
First half of first log and second half of second log were at high autobahn speed. SNR drops about 4dB then.
I think this is not only caused by higher noise from the car but also because the top end of the antenna bends down with the wind so that it points horizontally.

A good result today.
Hi all.
Only 40min. log today from this transmitter. But MAX SNR 31db and 99%ok.
:)

Gescher-A31-A30-B403-Nordhorn
First half in heavy rain, so reduced SNR there.
DW with 20 kbps sound much better than with 17 kbps, not so glassy and strings and trumpets have much less distortion. :)
......and reception is very good in the car also at this higher bitrate.
Hi,
Also at my location I had a perfect result from DW. 98.5 % CDA in 122 minutes.
Time: 08:43 - 10:45 UTC.

quite good
Hi,
There was a transmitter break of some sort in the beginning. The two other breaks seen in the graph may have been because of overloading the PC by some reason or another. I'm not sure. Otherwise very good and stable.
Hi.
Nice too see propagation is back to normal again after strong AURORA .
So perfect DRM propagation again.
:)
Good reception as usual until I put my ALA inside.
Perfect results this morning.
Simone
Hi all.
Propagation is now back to normal again on 13Mhz band. Only fast QSB give short brake .
:)
Great results as usual from Sines.
Simone
Hi,
27 minutes 100% CDA, then several audio gaps. Maybe transmit problems??
Seppo
The SNR varied quite a lot due to deep Fading. This caused some audio drop-outs.
Hi all.
Signal on this band is also perfect today.
:)

Unfortunately I was too late.
There was very high snr in the beginning, never saw 39.3 dB SNR in the car before.
Then rain started to fall and the SNR decreased a lot when driving in the wet.
DW should try 20kbps on this frequency, sounds better.
Hi Carsten and all,
As Terje stated, good as always. It can't get any better: CDA 100%.
Time: 09:04 - 09:48 UTC.
Hi all.
Fantastic perfect signal on this freq. log from my home made antenna BBA20 42min. and from mag.loop.135min. CDA 100% ok . I can not give more !!!!
:) :)
Now is a perfect time to study DRM under severe Aurora conditions. Not much at all to hear this morning.
Smart move by DW to lower the bitrate during the transmission!
Hi,
Start time: 09:24; ending some two hours later 11:25 UTC.
Both ups and downs in reception today. Result: 94 % CDA.
Hi all.
Reception of DW on 13810 kHz from 0920UTC was perfect ,but bad DRM propoagation from Start.
SNR a bit up and down, but no problems at all receptionwise.
Usually very good, but today DW suffered from splatter from 10 kHz down - badly or overmodulated AM. This caused the SNR to vary from 38 dB at its best down to 20 dB.
Hi all.
Her is small bit of log from this freq.also.
Merry Christmas! to all in this forum.
Hi,
Finally, see result from 7150 kHz, a frequency that gives DRM its strength!
Time: 09:11 - 11:05 UTC and a result of 98 % CDA.
A Merry X-Mas to all of you DRM's.
Here is a perfect result over a period of 82 minutes until I left for an afternoon walk in the Swiss fog.
Hi,
perfect report yesterday,
Seppo
Perfect here today - 100 % and high SNR.
Hi,
Perfect reception here as well! I noticed that 15 725 kHz was in sync with 13 810 kHz. Hence I could change between the two and not loose sync. But 14 MHz is the better frequency today for reception from south Portugal.
CDA: 99.1 % ( a shaky start much better later).
Time: 09:08 - 11:17 UTC.
Hi all.
Log 60min. and CDA 99%ok . Very strong signal strength. Very good propagation for DRM in this band today.
Hi all in DRM land,
A perfect result, as allways, from Sines:
152 minutes - 100 % CDA. Time: 09:25 - 11:58 UTC.
Hi all DRM Fan.
Last log for this year from 13810Khz But this day give super propagation on this band.for DRM ,180min CDA .99.99% ok !!!!
:)
Happy New DRM Year 2007 to all.
Hi all,
The last log from DW today (and this year): All OK.
180 minutes perfect reception
Forgot all about it, but the 74 minute log is perfect wit an SNR Max. over 37 dB. :)
About one hour of perfect listening.
