Hi,
following a link at www.radiointel.com, I have found this Asian Tribune article (http://www.asiantribune.com/show_news.php?id=15724) about China Radio International (CRI) planning to introduce "digital broadcasts" to Sri Lanka and at the same time "introduce digital radios for the local listeners" and thus improve China's image in Sri Lanka.
