Hi,
in today's edition of the weekly "Write-On" programme on BBC WS, the general listener audience was informed about the "new" DRM service and its improved audio quality. Strangely, of the current transmissions, only 1296 kHz mediumwave and coverage of the Benelux countries and a small area around them was mentioned, no word was said about the existence of the new Kvitsoy frequencies or even Rampisham transmissions.
From what was being said, it sounded as if the BBC had only recently started DRM transmissions. Of course we know better!
You can listen to the programme on the internet for a week here (http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/programmes/write_on.shtml) .
